God’s PlanWe know that our Holy Father created this earth and put everything here for a purpose. He tells us so in the Holy Scriptures.
We now know that the food plan that God gave to the Israelites was a perfect pH balancing food plan for the human body. We need to “let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.” (Hippocrates 460-377 B.C.)
When God considered His Creation, He made every organic matter on this planet with a pH level (potential of hydrogen). If a cell is starved of oxygen, it becomes diseased and acidity sets in. This is because general cellular function is acidic in nature and hence requires an input of alkaline qualities so that the body can strive for a balance. Therefore, healing and maintaining health depends to a large degree on restoring or maintaining the Acid-Base (Alkaline) balance in body fluids and cell tissue.
The bottom line is this: Cancer needs an acid and low oxygen environment to survive and flourish in. A healthy pH body is slightly alkaline measuring approximately 7.43.

All food digested in our bodies metabolizes, or burns, down to an ash residue. This ash residue can be neutral, acidic, or alkaline, depending mostly on the mineral content of the original food. Although citrus tastes acidic, it metabolizes as alkaline; the pH of the ash is quite different than the actual pH value of the food.
Our pH Ranked Food guide that we have prepared shows that the foods to be the most alkaline-forming are the fresh fruits and vegetables. The rule is always to make your diet consist of 70% alkaline and 30% acid forming foods. The fresher & sweeter the food tastes, the higher the alkalinity.
We find in the Scriptures that the people were told to include in their fasts bitter herbs. That is because these are cleansing for your intestinal tract. In our research, we have found that EVERY good food has a health benefit!
Food
preparation is also an
important factor in the acidic/alkalinity of the foods. This is shown
in the Food Prep Type area of the chart. Also, include spices and
natural seasonings in your foods. These greatly enhance the flavor of
the food as well as the medicinal value they provide.
